MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY
Production of parts for customers in cooperation

For our customers, we carry out and continue to expand manual and fully automated serial assembly and production of customer subassemblies or final products, which include, for example, electromechanical components, sensors, switching relays, typical electrical switchboards such as switchboards for photovoltaic power plants, including the necessary tests and revisions.

It is a matter of course that we ensure product packaging and regular collection transport

Operation of manual and automatic assembly in series:
- Experienced adjusters and technicians responsible for the smooth operation of the entrusted production technology
- Ensuring regular maintenance of the equipment by our mechanics and electronics.
- Experienced workers with many years of experience in the areas of assembly, testing and inspection of products


Cable assembly:
- Soldering, resistance, laser or ultrasonic welding, crimping, bandaging of cables...
- Specific assembly, gluing, potting of connectors, sensors ...
- Function testing, electrical testing HV strength, camera and visual inspections of parts

Prototype production and assembly of customer parts
- Design and production of equipment for a given application, technology debugging including introduction into the serial production phase at our plant
- Trial operation of machines and equipment at our facility, including the possibility of loading them in shifts, which enables us to make it easier and faster to put the machine and process into operation at the customer's site
