With each implemented project, we accept responsibility for the reliability and functionality of the supplied production technology, which affects the fulfillment of your deadlines and appeals, and we know that every moment when the equipment does not work as it should, you lose production capacity and therefore money. That is why we are always available to you on the hotline line and, if necessary, ready to respond within 24 hours.
In addition to regular and preventive maintenance, we also provide repairs and service interventions.
Both on-site and via remote management.
We install a special software interface as standard in all production lines and equipment, thanks to which we can diagnose and, for example, remove a SW defect immediately - remotely.
In other cases of mechanical difficulties, the adjusters can be guided remotely and help with the elimination of the defect. If the situation requires it, we will provide service by our technician on site.
All our machines are equipped with a system for remote management and communication. If you are interested, we also offer special glasses for each of them, thanks to which we can check the state of the system in detail and provide you or the service technician with targeted support.
We can send all important information (drawings, instructions, etc.) to the "digital eyes" that will speed up and simplify the troubleshooting process. Deploying smart glasses will allow service teams (including programmers and mechanics) to provide remote
support on-site, reducing
the need for physical presence . machines Automated storage of captured photos and videos in clear folders and their possible immediate sharing for colleagues, or for clear data collection for further use, for example in the preparation of operating and adjustment manuals.
We want our machines and equipment to work reliably and without problems throughout the life of the project, and through preventive inspections and revisions of critical components, this can be easily achieved.

Our machines and equipment are prepared and equipped with a communication interface for the transmission of operating data, which can give an early warning that something is wrong with the machine and that it needs to be checked and maintained.

The documentation for each of our machines always includes a list of wearable spare parts, including the order number, delivery date and price.
Our CNC machining center is intended exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the production of parts for the machines and equipment we manufacture, including the production of spare parts.
Thanks to our 3D printing center, in some cases we are able to provide an immediate (emergency) solution for the temporary replacement of a damaged part with a print and thus keep the production equipment running until an original replacement part is produced.
Part of the handover of the production line or production equipment is the comprehensive training of operators, technicians and maintenance workers. However, if you are interested, we will be happy to give you additional training both in working with technology and in its maintenance.
